Mobilizing Laborers & Leaders for 
God’s Harvest Field,  the World!

Matthew 28:18-20; Isaiah 61:1-3 and II Timothy 2:2 describe what we believe God has called Darla and I to do --- make disciples of all nations by the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. We sincerely believe God has called everyone in the body of Christ to the task of world evangelization. For our part, God has specifically directed us to work in Youth With A Mission in the area of training, equipping and mobilizing missionaries to the most needy nations and cities of the world. Our direct involvement in evangelization has been in leading missionary teams into the fields which are ripe for harvest and preaching the Gospel through many means – street drama, music, puppets, one-on-one sharing, preaching and Bible distribution.

Our specific responsibility is to direct the Youth With A Mission center in Orlando. This responsibility includes; overseeing the selection and placement of staff, developing new courses and overseeing existing courses and training young leaders through our Basic Leadership School and leaders' internship. We also oversee the King’s Kids program, Urban teams, and our Global Outreach (GO) teams, which are short-term outreach teams, and much Mission Adventures.

This probably sounds like more than any couple can do - and it is!  Because of this, God has brought together a staff team of dedicated men and women to work with us to carry out this vision...which is really His vision.

We know missions is and must be a team effort, because Jesus' last command to all of us was to "… GO and make disciples of all the nations…" Therefore, we are excited to ask you to prayerfully consider joining our team in "Mobilizing Laborers and Leaders for God’s Harvest Field – the World!"
